If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
- We accept returns of unopened products within 10 days of your purchase.
- Used products or items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item:

- Your full name, phone number, and email address
- Order number
- Item(s) purchased
- Reason for return

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive authorization to send the product back.

Ship the product back to us using your preferred shipping method. Be sure to include your original receipt and a note with the reason for your return.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
